I'm curious in which situation you get the best feeling. I secretly dare to say in advance that most readers will be much happier with situation 2. Simply because their expectations have been exceeded. Exceeding expectations and making realistic promises result in good reviews and happy customers.
11. Tell the reader that you want to make it easy for them
Time passes quickly, people become busier, more is done in a short period of time. Everyone is crying out for more time and everyone wants to manage their time efficiently. “Time is money” is a well-known Dutch saying. Your readers don't want to be confronted with long, long stories about what they need to do to make money, save money or do things better. They cry out for simple and easy tips to achieve their goals. Give them that too.
Titles such as: '5 simple tips to increase germany phone number turnover' or '7 simple tips to organize your home' therefore work well with the reader. That is what they are looking for.
12. Use capital letters
NO, I DO NOT MEAN THAT YOU SHOULD WRITE YOUR ENTIRE TITLE IN CAPITAL LETTERS. But Only The First Letters Of The Words In Your Sentence or Only Important Words In Your Sentence.
Capital letters have a major effect on our brains. Words written with a capital letter receive more attention than words written without capital letters. So do you want to emphasize important words in your sentence? Then let them start with a capital letter.

Many of the tips given here cannot all be used in one title. Your reader doesn't want to read the same thing every time. That is why it is important that you use the titles you choose alternately. Every time the title: '5 tips for..' 'How should I' etc. is of course not fun to read. Alternate, vary, test and be creative and original. You can do it!
